Wenn ein B\u00fcrger in seiner Heimatgemeinde keine Arbeit fand und deshalb wo anders hinzog wo es Arbeit gab, wurde er im Falle von sozialer Not, in vielen F\u00e4llen sogar mit Polizeibegleitung, in seine Geburtsgemeinde zur\u00fcck deportiert. Nur dort konnte Anspruch auf soziale Hilfe geltend gemacht werde.
